SALES & OPERATIONS
Centrescapes Landscaping is looking for a motivated Sales and Operations person to help manage the flow of projects from first enquiry through to completion. This role is suited to someone who understands landscaping, enjoys working with clients, and can help keep jobs organised, quoted, scheduled, and moving smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the owners, team, suppliers, and clients to support both the sales process and the day-to-day operations of our landscape projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet with potential clients and understand their project needs

Help prepare quotes, scopes of work, and project proposals

Communicate clearly with clients throughout the sales and project process

Coordinate materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and project timelines

Support job scheduling and make sure the team has what they need on site

Help manage project handovers from sales to operations

Follow up on leads, quotes, and client questions

Identify problems early and help find practical solutions

Support the team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

Maintain strong communication between clients, site teams, and management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for someone with experience in landscaping, construction, project coordination, sales, or operations. A strong understanding of landscape construction is highly valued.

Good knowledge of landscaping, hardscaping, or construction

Strong communication and people skills

Confidence speaking with clients and suppliers

Ability to read plans, understand project details, and think practically

Strong organisation and time-management skills

Experience quoting, estimating, or coordinating jobs preferred

A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
