HOW WE WORK

Enquiry & Consultation
Submit an enquiry outlining your project. Our team will get in touch to arrange a site consultation, where we discuss your ideas, requirements, and whether a landscape design is needed for the project.

Design & Proposal
Following the consultation, you will receive either a project tender or a design proposal.
If a design is required, our process includes:

Theme consultation and site measure-up

Draft design presentation

Final design and planting plan
Once the design and quote are approved, we prepare the contract and organise any required consenting.

Project Planning
After the contract is signed, your project is scheduled for construction. A deposit is required approximately one month before the start date to secure materials and scheduling.

Construction & Completion
Our team completes the project with regular progress updates and staged payments throughout construction. Once the final details are complete, the project is signed off with the final 10% payment.
To ensure everything continues to thrive, we also provide an aftercare visit one year later.
